|Job Title : Social Media Manager & Administrative Assistant - NOW HIRING|
|Job Description : Responsibilities will include managing the Facebook page, Instagram page, developing the Pinterest page, and maintaining the company website using Rain Point-of-Purchase system. Knowledge and experience with Canva is helpful. Administrative support tasks including answering phones, customer service, preparing online orders for shipment, managing incoming online forms, and many more administrative duties. Some bookkeeping tasks using quickbooks. Admin will also include maintaining in-house newsletter, designing and sending email marketing campaigns for class newsletter using Constant Contact, and developing class marketing signs for the shop.|
Job allows 20 to 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
Knowledge of quilting and fabric crafts preferred.
